Brad is part of a government program that controls people’s will in the United States. The program has been running for decades. It uses advances in physiological studies, biotechnology, and computer science. In this program, he is referred to as an “asset”, and they are chosen when born and changed through education, medicine, and testing. This causes our bodies and minds to behave differently. A digital control system uses harmonic and microwave frequencies to influence biological and psychological functions. Microphones, cameras, and wearables provide data to enhance personas, guiding the assets’ actions and interests through tweaks to social media algorithms & various other media. The system uses a computer network to handle and send signals, making sure they can be believed.
This covert program controls individuals’ focus and attention. Machine learning algorithms use signals to stimulate the brain and change behavior. To enhance attention, focus is manipulated by affecting physiological functions, such as blood pressure. He raises ethical questions about how this system might be used to control people. He was raised in South West Florida and lived there his entire life. Furthermore, he attended Good Shepherd Lutheran Church & School, in his formative years; later attending both Florida Gulf Coast University and Florida South Western State College. He studied environmental studies and computer programming & analysis. He served in the United States Navy, as a 2nd class Petty Officer aboard the former USS Juneau (LPD-10).
